How do you understand Isaiah 56:6 “Also the aliens, that join themselves to the LORD, to minister unto Him, And to love the name of the LORD, To be His servants, Every one that keepeth the sabbath from profaning it, And holdeth fast by My covenant”? I thought that is required from people that are aliens (Non-Jew) and want to join themselves to the Creator (not to the Jews). Maybe you can do some teaching on that verse or have a teaching you could refer to. Thank you!
Jason,
Wonder if you found you are Jewish but because you lack the papers you are told you are not obligated to keep the shabbat so you can drive to the shul/synagogue/temple on shabbat? And wonder if Hashem showed you the importance and beauty of keeping shabbat that inspire of what your told you can’t be convinced to do so? That’s my predicament. This creates such a wave of stress for me every shabbat. As much as I want to be at the shul I can’t get in the car and drive on shabbat.
Love your comments.

Once again, you put into precise but unique language of imagery that is so necessary!!!
Thank you!!
